      Pros

      No dress code. complimentary onsite massage / Yoga & bootCamp classes / Breakfast on Wednesday / healthy snacks. Extra week off during Christmas holiday for company shut down.

      Cons

      No proper project plan, lack of proper communication between departments/ teams. No work & life balance. Don't get paid for work extra hours and you have to finish what your manager asked you to.

      Pros

      My coworkers were the heart of the company. Excellent PTO and benefits.

      Cons

      Rely heavily on inventors and freelancers. No room to actually innovate and design. Management level was promoted based on office politics and not experience/success. Very cliquey in times where you question if someone was speaking behind your back, turns out they were.
