Pros
Nice office with great work stations, snacks in kitchen, great office location. Promising licensing contracts in the pipeline
Cons
Very little work life balance because teams are so understaffed, with little urgency from management to hire additional headcount. Every other month there is a new hire for an executive position yet very few hires for people who actually do the work. May depend on specific team, but working hours for the amount of work there is were typically 9am-6pm, break for dinner, then logging back on around 8pm and working until 11pm. Not uncommon for meetings/zoom calls to be scheduled after 8pm. Would also usually work 4-5 hours on my own time during the weekend in order to finish work that needed to be done and take the occasional meeting on a Saturday/Sunday night. Year over year merit increases are also extremely low, lower than inflation increase! Employee morale is very low in what can often be a toxic work environment, with staff being worked to a pulp to complete deliverable after deliverable with no end in sight. This is very apparent with increased employee turnover in the past year, which makes it more difficult for employees who choose to stay and new hires that are onboarded
