Pros

None to be honest. They train you how to scam people who are desperate for jobs.

Cons

They take 3000-5000 from candidates and tell them they’ll get a job. And then block them

Pros

- Gain valuable experience - Nice location

Cons

- Unorganised, stressful and tense environment. - Unrealistic expectations of new employees. - Lies are told in job interviews e.g the company is moving to a bigger office, the company is expanding into America, they’re hiring more people, they have flexible working hours, once you complete your tasks you can go home, the office has a ‘chill’ and friendly environment. - False promises about position, e.g. KPI bonuses are never tracked and no view of progression (as company cannot afford). - Instructions relating to tasks are unclear, but a fear is placed upon asking too many questions. - Drastic statements are made about small mistakes. - Aggressive behaviour towards people outside office. - Makes you fearful of taking sick leave as employees who do not take sick leave are praised and taking sick leave is a big deal. - Boss does not provide workers with much needed software. - Boss micromanages, makes you feel incompetent and slows down every task. - No matter how hard you try and how well you perform you will not get recognition, praise or positive feedback from boss. - Do not uphold their own cores values of ‘transparency, drive, adventure, gratefulness and innovation’. - Very small team, only 2 people in-house currently and at max there were 4.

Pros

Good recent graduate or mid entry role and provides various opportunities to gain some hands on experience.

Cons

Super small office with max 4 people employed at once. This means there is no one to report to other than the employer which means a lot of double handling and work that never gets approved. No HR department. The employer manages people like a textbook from the 1970's would advice. A strong believer in the utilisation rate and believes you cost the company way more than your wage is worth. Supposedly allows employees to manage their own weekly calendar, but instead micromanages like crazy and is always watching you over your shoulder to make sure your on the right task. The office is not "chill" as claimed in the interview. It's super intense and your expected to stay back as late as you can all in the name of looking like you work hard. Provides passive aggressive feedback with little to no constructive criticism or positive feedback. For my entire duration of employment I was made to feel incompetent with statements consistently thrown around such as "you need to work on your intelligence". Offered a comprehensive and lengthy training period but did not stick to it for more than 2 weeks.
