Pros

Getting paid on time was the only thing handled consistently and correctly.

Cons

- Management here was an absolute disaster with no real structure or control. - You would walk into meetings with zero clarity on what you were supposed to be doing or why it mattered at all. - When you asked for proper direction or support you got vague, useless responses followed by weeks of silence. - Nothing was ever followed through. - It felt like everyone was improvising constantly while leadership showed no interest in actually leading anything. - Every project turned into a frustrating guessing game where the goals were unclear and constantly shifting. - Most of the time was wasted just trying to decode basic expectations instead of doing the actual work. - It became exhausting, chaotic, and completely unsustainable, and eventually the only option left was to leave.
