Can’t think of a single pro, actually leaving was a big pro!
Cons
Horrendous experience overall from senior management to workflow. I get it’s a startup but the lack of professionalism was honestly so surprising- outright yelling on calls is apparently normal. Good going! Company culture is down the toilet. Pity those stuck working there
