HIRED AS FULL TIME- NEVER GOT MORE THAN 20 HOURS A WEEK!
SERVERS GIVE LOUSY TIP OUTS TO SERVICE BAR!
Bartenders are treated like a lower life form. I, for one, am no ones SLAVE. Busted my butt during these cruises, making THOUSANDS of dollars worth of cocktails, throughout SOMETIMES two cruises per day, only to be tipped out $3.00-5.00 apiece from 4 SERVERS! I KNOW my drinks were good, as was my service, because when I worked independently of the servers I would make anywhere between 120.00 and 200.00 a cruise! also, some servers were so inept that their patrons would give up waiting for them and approach me directly ALWAYS leaving a tip! Multiple complaints to supervisors were IGNORED.
The list of cons goes on...
Was terminated after manager accused me of stealing a SHOT OF LIQUOR that a patron had purchased for me, but I was not, per their policy, allowed to drink with the customer. Had the manager taken time to check my POS, like he did the video that showed me POURING the shot he would have seen that I rang up each and every shot... and that all I was doing was taking something that was bought for me, to an upper deck.
