Apart from working with a good bunch of colleagues and being paid regularly there's not really much else to say.

Management are muppet's and there seems to be more chiefs than indians in the place. There seem to be a ton of 'grifters' and 'fake it till you make it' types who love quoting the latest industry buzzwords. The good technical staff that they do have, normally don't last long if they question obvious strategy flaws created by Managers who lack said skills. If you haven't drunk the koolaid you won't fit in.
