Horrible work culture - Server/Bartender Spitz Mediterranean Restaurant Employee Review

-upon getting hired you’re told you will get 65% of the tips as a server but most of the time you’re working with one or maybe two servers and you all have to split that 65%. -they don’t accept cash and servers make the most tips that places that accept cash. -there is no real training program for the bar they just give you a bunch of recipes to look at and basically tell you to figure it out. -they have no real HR team it’s just a greedy owner who will not even give you the time of the day if you are mistreated in the workplace or fired unfair. -It’s super annoying trying to explain the menu to customers because the menu is terribly made.
