      Pros

      For a professional that is in this vertical, Splice Digital is a collection of master connectors that create a tapestry of industry partnerships. The connections are strong as each member is completely adept in their role. This lets you to focus on what you do best (Management, Marketing, Development) and you know you have nothing but the best support from the team backing your play. All this in a positive culture of productivity and friendship. This place is on another level than what you are used to.

      Cons

      With my glowing pros - the only con is be sure you bring your "A" game every day. Being with an awesome team leaves no room for the second string. There is great support and mentoring if things don't go right for you...but that is to polish your excellence which you have to bring to the door on day one.

      Great review and really valuable feedback. You are right, we see our family as capable of doing incredible work and often really hold ourselves to high standards. But we always need remember to manage a work-life balance and look for opportunities to support everyone to do their best.

      Pros

      Work from home. Good hours. There are great people working for this company, but the owners are not people centric and are clueless on how to create and maintain a positive working culture.

      Cons

      Owner is not a good leader. Micromanages to an extreme degree. I was belittled and very disrespected from day one of working with him. Working for Splice left me with significant emotional distress. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

      Pros

      Lots of room to grow, i was able to transition from developing to QA and then to QA specialist seamlessly and i received training and support in the transition. Splices big portfolio of clients and projects makes for an engaging environment

      currently i don't have any complaints
