      Nothing as a pro really

      The boss/leader/QA/Designer/owner (he perform every role in the company) is a disrespectful person who does not know how to lead a company. You will be asked to change your code every single day. There is no organization in the company, The focus changes constantly and the fault is always because of the developers. Prepare yourself to be forced to work after hours. In addition of that, you will be always threatened with the world situation about lay offs, so "please work hard because if not you will be fired"
