Pros

Fully remote position was a significant benefit and offered great flexibility. There was a perceived possibility to grow within the company during my tenure.

Cons

The most significant issue was the company's closure. Operations ceased and the entity was acquired by another company, leading to the termination of all roles. This event created a period of extreme instability and uncertainty for employees.

Pros

It is fast paced, as most startups, and this makes you sometimes get out of your comfort zone and learn different things. This gives you a sense of growth.

Cons

Shares the same issues as some early stage startups, there are some rough edges here and there. Not a con specifically, just that there is still a lot of room to improvement, and some things may not be the most organized of the world.

Pros

This position was a great way to get into the real estate industry without having a license. The company focuses on room rentals throughout Boston. As a sales/showings coordinator, you show properties in-person and virtually. In addition, you will also handle portions of the website's chat. This is a commission-based position, meaning you are paid based on the number of room rentals you sign. -It's a startup so there is room for growth within the company -Management/company is nice/supportive and training was 8/10 -Inclusive

Cons

-No benefits -Workload is not on par with pay -Needs guidance in targeting their client base -Lack of cohesiveness/unresolved growing pains
