Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. We are happy to hear how valuable the open communication policy with Spongecell’s CEO, Ben, is and we continue to drive initiatives to create better communication practices throughout the organization. Our main goal with all communication plans is to protect our current, future, and past employees. This also includes strategic plans for workflow during transitions.
As our company grows, more opportunities to advance will arise within each department. We are actively engaging with managers to see where advancements should be awarded. We also encourage employees to open this dialogue with their managers, and recently shared guidelines with managers on best practices for conducting their 1:1. Our new communication policies will help employees feel comfortable in this setting and we hope to continue improving here.
