      - Homogenous (mostly white) - Quite ok compensation but compared to other companies not really - "9-5" working time - Communication within the company is a bit of a mess

      Working in Sponsoo for 6 months has been ideal for my personal career development. The work environment and flow are first class and everyone is there to give you tips and help everytime you need something work and not work related.       - great team, strong company culture - lots of interactions with interesting athletes and sports organisations - ample opportunities to develop and grow both professionally and personally, with individual growth plans supported by the management

      - sub-par salary - insecurity about future development (as of 2023) because of uncertainties in startup funding and sports business environment
