      At first was like working with family, when Dale and Tom ran the company.

      Once Todd was brought in as HR everything went down hill. Spooner Inc treats Spooner MAI as the dirty little step child

      Pros

      Management interacts with production workers as if they are family. Everyone cares about each other and there is little to no stress at the workplace. They do monthly celebrations and everyone feels apart of the family.

      Cons

      Having to be at the computer at lot but that is any job.
