Some of the many things I love about working at Spork Labs include working 5 days a week, working 8 hours a day, work from home option, no employee exploitation, no overtime/long working hours, quarterly bonuses for everyone, latest laptops to work on, annual team trip, and great team spirit. This team is like a family to me, each one is humble, polite, respectful, and helpful. Work life balance is phenomenal, better than ideal! I'm glad to be a part of this team.

It's rare to find an organisation that offers you so many perks, doesn't exploit you or your talent, and rewards you for good work. No cons of working here.

I have been working with SporkLabs for more than a year now. Here's what I find the best things about this company. - flat organization(no workplace politics and other stuff which happens at other organizations) - You get to learn and work on latest cutting edge technologies (ReactJS, ReactNative, Golang) - very experienced & helpful peers you get a lot to learn working with such a team - Remote work after completing 1 year with company. - Best in class machines provided to work with(almost all have Macbook Pros). - Access to Premium tutorials to sharpen your skills or to learn the new ones. - Gym reimbursement - Best pay scale as per market salary standards. All in all best company to work with if you want to learn & grow as a professional.
