      Really valued by the company owner who is excellent with people. I’d recommend working here to pretty much anyone.

      Working from home through the pandemic may not have suited everyone.

      - Comradery with coworkers - Supportive management - Health/dental benefits - Amazing discount - Fun job

      Cons

      - If you aren't a manager or one of the few lead positions, you will be part time. - Little-to-no say in what merchandise we get (eg. We may get sent a bunch of baseball gloves when we are overstocked) I don't understand their metrics. - seems very hard to fire people even when they deserve to be
