      I love Sportball, it is a very rewarding job. I feel I am compensated well for my time and the people I work with are great, very nice and supportive.

      Cons

      The training takes a long time and is tedious, but it is paid, so overall not bad.

      Pros

      If you enjoy sports and coaching children, this is a great place to work. Fun to see kids learning and enjoying new sports.

      Cons

      At times it almost babysitting, depending on the ages of the groups you are coaching. Takes a lot of patience and dealing with a lot of tears.
