      Good place to learn & grow. Management & team supportive. Give chance to explore new products & go for development/production.

      Cons

      No cons in my view if you are good everybody will be good. Need to be happy/satisfied with what you have. Employees working in Google also might be having issues. It's part & parcel of life & job. It's upto you how you handle it.

      It take time to learn technical production assembly. Sometimes stability do depend on other persons capability rather than your individual one.
