Everything revolves around the cult for the founder family full of religion-based values and the extreme cult of the South-tyrolean culture. Very German speaking company and if you're not one of them you are basically a B-series person. The middle management does a lot of micro managing and cut people with the snap of the fingers. Extremely long hours with no extra time paid.
