Management is unprofessional: Cold shoulder, no direct feedback, or growth potential. - Hire trainings are inconsistent - be prepared to teach yourself especially through winter season when it's all hands. Cultural bias - I've been with the company for reaching 7-8 months, was part-time, reaching full-time employee. They decided to let me go mentioning my schedule was not aligning with what they were looking for. However, they continuous employed non-POC with a 1-2 day work week.
