Great leadership and team atmosphere. Departments work well together. Product is good and constantly improving which isn't always true for most competitors in the market. The company promotes flexibility, teamwork and innovation to make sure the company is always improving.

I genuinely look forward to going to work each day. The people are top-of-the-line - they are friendly, intelligent, professional, and fun. The company is small enough to know that your work is making an impact, which serves as a great motivator. I feel as though I have all the tools I need to succeed and do my job well. I am constantly given the opportunity to take on new projects. Most importantly, I feel valued and respected by my coworkers and leadership alike.
