Flexible working from home, mid level colleagues are good people
Cons
Leadership can be problematic. Frequent missteps, numerous layoffs, and the entire executive team changed or changed roles in a short period of time along with the entire HR department. Turnover is extremely high. Micromanagement hinders emploees.
