- They are established and have incredible processes set in place - They have an amazing amount of data available to both employees and brands we work with that allows us to provide excellent service. - My team is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoy working together - Hybrid/Work from Home: huge benefit as a busy woman with kids - Constant feedback, so you don't feel like your only getting feedback when you're not doing well, it's just part of the culture
Cons
- You work hard, and you put in a lot of time. There are times when I feel like I could work 11 hours a day. - Many people have been here awhile, so be comfortable feeling like the least intelligent person in the room for awhile.
