1. healthy working environment 2. easy to reachable to management as its a small company (50 employees)- Family environment is there . Every single issues either professional or personal is taken care of. 3. Learning as well as grow chances are very high . 4. Outing , curricular activities are there in a month or twice a month .
Cons
1. Till now - didnt find any CONS so far - if there are any issues - can be sort out with One- o -One with management .
