Pros
There is nothing positive I can say. As an employee you're supposed to receive discounted rooms but management never set up my account to receive ANY promised "benefits"
Cons
The job requirements at the time of hire seemed to be manageable and the management seemed friendly. Things went downhill quickly. Management constantly criticized work on unspoken and ridiculous expectations. Constant threats from management about being fired. Honestly the stress from the job made it hard to sleep at night sometimes because of the constant fear of being let go based on managements attitude. If management was happy, you could rest easy, but if management was ever upset (even over non-work related issues) you were in for a tough ride. I would suggest to never work for this company, or at least this specific hotel. Management was also very hypocritical. We had a group message set up and we received constant messages about completing certain tasks and yet the manager did non of them. Management does not lead by example. You are always walking on egg shells and can never be sure about your job. Again, I would suggest to stay away from this hotel.
