      Pros

      A company of very intelligent and highly motivated people. Very exciting atmosphere for employees. A tech savvy company that is always looking ahead in computing, not behind. A game changer.

      Cons

      Still a relatively young company going through the pains of growth. Now the company is trying to do this in the environment of a much larger organization.

      * There can be a lot of travel unless you're working for a product team. * Consultants can feel isolated sometimes; conferences help.
