Poor management Don’t have the tools and support you need. Owners are about money over doing what’s right. Director- doesn’t back up her employees Has teachers working late without ANY pay. Told to clock out and work for free. Don’t have supplies, because admin won’t order in a timely manner. Poor upkeep of the facilities. Always keeps the ac too warm. This place used to be good, but has just been going downhill for years now. Lots of good people leaving because of the way the director and owners are running the place.
