Pros
I enjoyed helping the callers with their financial situations. The situation was relatively laid-back for a call center environment. The benefits package was decent and the compensation was good.
Cons
I experienced some unethical situations. Management was forever changing. Rather than promoting qualified internal staff, they would hire outside temporary staff for management and other positions. They like to hire part-time and temporary staff and not pay benefits. It's hard to get transitioned to permanent with benefits.
