The people here are really the best! Truly appreciate all of my teammates, that's a risk at any new company but I feel like the team here at Springboard is what sets it apart.
Cons
Typical growing pains for a start-up that's scaling. Lots of processes that need to be re-designed to scale. This is also an exciting opportunity to for anyone with a knack for process improvement.
