Pros

Money (at times) is OK but you will need to break your back to earn it. Literally!

Cons

Everything! Do not start here. The hours are long, the management are a complete joke and they don’t have a clue how to run a good company. They only care about the profit and not the people behind the profit. It’s a popularity contest on the sales floor, nothings done on merit. The staff turnover has gone from low to high since the new management structure took over. They think it’s wolf of wallstreet, but really it’s just a tinpot company looking to take their staff for granted. If you want a career in property stay well away because the reputation of the company is in the toilet and any good estate agent in the country won’t look twice if they appear on your CV. Mental health will suffer, due to the ungodly amount of pressure put on you. Targets are completely insane, oh and if you don’t meet the targets they will ensure you don’t get paid your commission that you already earnt. They also don’t really want you having a life outside the office, so they make you work hours that mean you only really have limited time with your loved ones. If you don’t live and breath the company you will be fired. Simple as that. Pathetic company from top to bottom.

Pros

I've worked a few different sales places. Springbok is better than all of them. Most importantly from a sales perspective there is real opportunity to earn decent commission here. It takes a bit of time to build your pipeline but it is certainly attainable. The training is brilliant. Most places give you a few days / weeks then tell you to crack on, sink or swim. At Springbok you are given ongoing training including two 121 sessions a week & weekly work shops on best practice. The management here really want you to succeed. People wise, I'm impressed at how friendly everyone is. It seems like the whole business gets on and is welcoming to new starters. This is a job for sales people.

Cons

The hours are long. (9am - 6pm).
