Pros
joined Springbok Properties as a Sales Negotiator three months ago, and I’m thrilled with my decision to make the move. Having started my career in property in 2018, I worked in a similar role at another company before transitioning into recruitment when my earnings hit the ceiling I wanted more but didnt think it was possible in the property industry so went to work as a recruitment consultant. However, I always preferred working in property, and when I saw Springbok’s job advert detailing the potential earnings, I knew I had to learn more. The recruitment process was seamless. I initially spoke with Hayley, their internal recruiter, who guided me through the screening call and then arranged a face-to-face interview with two managers from the negotiators' team. They were both friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity. My first month at Springbok was spent going through thorough training, and I was impressed by how willing every member of the team was to help whenever I had questions. They have an experienced coach who trains you on every aspect of the job, having already had 2 years of experience in the industry, that definitely helped me. However, I’ve learned so much in the short time I’ve been here, and it’s already starting to pay off. The commission structure is a complex, but they pay extremely well for the role and provide multiple ways to earn not just sales you can also earn very well on solicitor referrals reviews and deposit payment. After speaking with other team members, it’s clear that if you put in the work and build your sales pipeline, the job can be incredibly rewarding. On a good month, you can clear £6k after tax. I’m confident that in my first year, I’ll easily clear £60k and this will increase year 2 and again year 3. The monthly targets are set to be achievable, and I hit my first target in my second month, within just three weeks. It’s also motivating to see that the majority of the team consistently exceed their targets, which speaks volumes about the company’s culture. A lot of team members have been here for a long time, which is always a good sign. The company culture is fantastic, with everyone getting along and supporting each other. They’ve already done several incentives with great prizes for top performers, like TVs, iPads, trips to the races, and meals out and we had a great all expenses paid Christmas party, I am told they do a summer party as well. It’s clear that the company is doing well and growing, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for me at Springbok. So far, my experience has been great, and I would highly recommend Springbok Properties to anyone with a strong work ethic who is looking for a fast-paced sales job with the potential to earn big money.
