Work environment is supportive—my co-workers are great, and even the CEO is very kind and approachable. Managers have different approaches, which can vary depending on the employee.

In terms of salary, it doesn’t align with the current inflation rate. There’s no guaranteed promotion, and both career and salary growth are limited.

Owners don’t scream and shout at you, but overall the company has a bad culture. Often, the managers started and ended important meetings so late. Directions are vague and flimsy.

Bad culture, small teams are expected to complete tasks within a short period of time.
