Decent benefits and retirement for full-time employees. Pay can be decent depending on what department you work for.
Cons
Depending on what department/position you work in, schedule can be inconsistent and lack work-life balance. If in a full-time position, there are positions that work M-F mornings while there are others that are inconsistent (some days scheduled during the day, some at night, and often during the weekend). Pay is low unless you are a department manager or core manager.
