The management is absolutely awful and they do not care for their employees at all. I worked there for 10 months and my last day came when I talked to a new hire in a lower position and they made more money than myself. They scammed into more responsibilities than the job required with no extra pay. The boss Todd is an actual psychopath and would bark at me while I worked as a sign of disrespect. He would give me petty tasks such as cleaning the outside metal on the freezers when he knew I needed to be stocking them go on and say “oh you missed a spot”. My direct boss Tom was awful and received pay as frozen and dairy manager but never actually did the work. The work culture is awful and I recommend picking up change before working at the Pasadena store location.
