What a joke - Digital Marketing Spry Squared, Inc. Employee Review

This company has a split personality. If you are lucky enough to work for the Steve Spry (IT/Managed Services) side then all is good. If you are unlucky enough to work for the Linda (Marketing/Web) then you are doomed. She is the epitome of the angry white woman. She doesn't hesitate to push her views -- church, politics, people, etc. whenever she can. She routinely gets cross with clients and loses them, hence she rarely has more than one or two clients. She and her main client often get into shouting matches. Talk about unprofessional. The office is their house, so you are always having to deal with barking dogs, kid drama, etc. Now I see they have a "VP of Marketing" position they are trying to fill. What a joke. They don't have a marketing department except for Linda and one more person, so how could they have a VP need? Like I said, what a joke. They pay on the low end of the scale and then tell you that you are "highly compensated."
