      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, fun people, dog friendly, everyone is very into the outdoors and has like interests in activities.

      Cons

      Management doesn't manage, pay is below industry standard, employees work much harder then they are compensated for, management doesn't realize low morale in building.

      Awesome company and produces very high end products for a reasonable cost. Great processes. Work life is fun and Doug is the best! Great person and great to work for.
