If you lucky you can land at half decent locations or do something interesting. It's not hard to shine there
Cons
They are simply the worst type of outsource. They place you somewhere. Never contact you except to get hourly report. Treat you differently from their on-prem employee. Never try to help you advance. They cut 30-40% off your salary from what they get for that.
