Good base salary Many remote roles Equipment provided HR are lovely
Cons
No sick pay- not even a week. Extremely bad in this day and age for a company as big that looks after the health and support of others. Basic holiday allowance- literally what needs to be given legally and you can bet your bottom dollar they include and are not in addition to bank holidays. No additional leave scheme. No bonuses unless you’re senior management. No staff monthly rewards or incentives Targets set by people who have never done the role and do not understand the role.
