Nothing to describe about the consultancy pros because there is nothing like that..

Providing a fake information about their consultancy during interview stating that we have a good benchmark this and that.. There is no job security here.. They will send you out when ever they want. They won't provide you the offer letter till you complete a closure and they will inform you like you will be having 1week of training and they won't provide any kind of training over there.. Work pressure.. Many of my colleagues where send out from the consultancy with in 1 week stating that their performance was not good I don't know how they can judge a person within 2 days if they are too intelligent in that particular field they would have known about the candidate during screening them directly..
