The Salary cycle is very bad, No proper training for the new employees, Company believes that a new employee can sell a property over a phone call, and the provided data for the cold call is the very worst thing. No work-life balance, they cancel the public holidays too, and you have to beg the managers for the paid leaves which you have saved as they don't approve the holidays. They don't even understand your emergency once there was an urgency occurred at my home and when I asked for the holidays they rejected the application and told me to leave the company. If a person files a case on Square Yards under Labor Law then the company will no longer be able to sustain itself in the market due to its work culture and policies. They don't even provide the travel expenses to the T-0 employees
