      Toxic work culture, They have no technical knowledge but all they want is Sales No execution knowledge which later ends up hurting the customer & the employees as well

      Pros

      Square yards will give you 10% hike based on your previous pay. 2 day week off.

      Cons

      Most toxic company on the planet. No ethics and morals. If by chance if you are not stable in terms of sales, humanity is a myth and they will treat you like animals. It's a weight loss company more than a real estate company , with just one hour break max for lunch , where breaks are a myth and working over time is appreciated. Its better to work as a coolie rather work in square yards in sales.
