Growing Company with Great People - Anonymous employee SquareFoot Employee Review

SquareFoot is a concept I truly believe in, and so do the rest of the people that work here. Yes we're a start up, yes there is a lot to be fixed, and new pain points will keep coming up as we grow. That being said, management cares about their employees and wants to improve the experience for everyone that works here. We're in a high growth phase and it's a really fun time to be at this company. If you're not interested in solving new problems each day, and aren't okay with things being vague/ getting a lot of responsibility quickly, it probably isn't for you.
