Pros

I do think management does care about people's well being and maintaining a healthy office culture. I rarely had to work overtime, so I had a very consistent work schedule. Everyone there is friendly and respectful, and a lot of employees even meet up outside of work hours. Personally, the work itself isn't the most exciting, but I do think that SquareFoot's mission did benefit a lot of companies. All of the teams really care for the clients and everyone was motivated to do a good job.

Cons

I think a lot of people were left in the dark when it came to where the company actually stood during COVID-19. During all-hands meetings, it was presented as if the company was doing fine and was actually improving, when in reality, it wasn't. That's why a lot of people weren't expecting lay offs and furloughs until they happened. If management were more honest about situation, there could have been an opportunity where the entire company could work together on a solution to help the company. But that isn't possible if people are not told the transparent truth.

Work Life Balance is almost too good

Cons

Management constantly rotating and goals not explicitly set. Poor development - not real brokers
