      Pros

      Nothing anymore. it was a family matter. everyone cared for everyone, management and employees. nothing now

      Cons

      the management has changed. things are not the same with before. everyone feels insecure and slowly will leave the company. there is a feeling of taking advantage of old employees to do the job and bring new ones, their friends to take over.

      -Good training provided on the first couple weeks

      Cons

      -Very little to do on a daily basis...lack of leadership/vision -Culture and values are not really up to corporate grade -Benefits are below industry average
