This company is the old probusfx and squareddirect. used to be nice environment with a down to eath management that cared about the wellbeing of the empoyees and then about work. at the end of the day if you are not well you will not do well. nice people working there but the team started to fall apart since 2020.
Cons
lot of lies and stabbing politics abuse of power lot of overtime with not extra pay or respect bad culture which is starting from the new management since 2020.
