Pros
There are nice people working there but they are wasting their time in an environment that does not appreciate them and will never do.
Cons
Before joining squared, i have worked in various industry related companies and believe me the environment here cannot get more toxic than it is. to start, the person who is responsible for maintaining a good atmospeare in the office, between her and the people is doing the opposite. All of the Human Resource staff I've dealt with cared about the wellbeing on the employees, were very polite and always open to listen to our thoughts and issues. Instead this HR is full or irony all day with everyone so people cannot go and speak to her, simply because whetever they will tell her, she will be ironic. she is creating issues for everyone, she is above the CEO and COO. She created an environment were people hate to go work and they are looking to leave the company for something better. The management of squared has changed in 2020 and I joined with this management, giving me no clue of how things used to be before, but from what i hear from employees who were here with the previous management, the previous management were very good, polite, they were organising things for employees on a regular basis, in the office (1 lunch per month, coffee & snacks every Friday from what i heard) and out of the office, often appreciating their work with small gifts out of nowhere. They are also cutting down on many things for us in the daily office routine. People are leaving the company because of the toxic environment which has been created the last few months, mainly from the new management and the hr. People have already left, and a lot of people are seeking for better opportunities. and the main reason behind their decisions to leave is the negativity, toxic enviroment, bad attidute from the chiefs, backstabing from the new seniors, shaming...and this is something that both old and new employees are noticing.
