Pros
Unfortunately, there is nothing attractive left in this studio. All the family spirit has disappeared because the management of some business has been given to the wrong people.
Cons
- There is no more family spirit, the employees are only resources used to the limit. After that they are thrown away or forced to leave when they are no longer needed or when they no longer do what they are ordered to do. - The salaries are more and more decreasing, no valorization during the years (until even not giving any increase during several years). Some HR are very clever at spinning things to put employees down. - Overtime is not in accordance with the law. I think the CNESST would be interested in having some information on this subject... - There are two types of HR in the workplace. There is HR that is there as a resource for the employees, and there is HR that uses the employees as a resource. Squeeze is in the second category. No sympathy should be expected or asked for, the culprit would always be the employee. The HR team is only there to make themselves look good to management, they are not there to help the employees.
