Cons
First - you should probably avoid a company in which whose CEO does not have the company posted on their LinkedIn. There is a reason for that. If you find that "fishy" it's because it is. Try and find another company in which its CEO does not have it posted or does not post about the company. Second - Micromanaging cannot be understated - there is "making sure you are working hard" and then being berated in front of others for no reason other than ego. You will be insulted and made to feel like you are worthless and publicly humiliated. There is no culture. When the CEO openly says "I don't care if [name] quits we can replace them for cheaper" that says quite a bit about leadership. The average tenure for a sales rep is less than 5 months - there is a reason for that and it is confirmed. The same can be said about its consultants in which the turnover rate is extraordinarily high. Avoid this company. Avoid working here. There are other options, better options than working here. Please take these seriously.
