      Pros

      Any employee finds comfortableness with office only if it is friendly, homely and when you get such a moral support behind and for that matter "SRIDAMA" is great place to work . And rather than our comfort zone we can learn more beyond, such as team management, client management etc..

      Cons

      I have no such concern which makes any one feel down about sridama

      Pros

      Work culture supports to learn new technologies as per market demands and good support for employees. No hurdles in terms of Grading / seniority. Transparent process of Hierarchy.

      Cons

      Teams are small in size and not proportionate to projects.
