      This organization serves the underprivileged community. Almost everyone on the clinic team is dedicated to patient care.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work politics, and managers are very incompetent. There is no room for new ideas, and the managers do not want to learn anything new and don't let the team members take the lead. There is no acknowledgment of your work.

      Pros

      Working alongside people with a hopeful outlook on life and a heart for serving others including friars and nuns

      Cons

      This is probably the least professional organization I have ever been involved with. Awful leadership from the CEO down. HR is an absolute nightmare. Non-existent health and wellness support for one of the most stressful jobs out there. They view their workforce as disposable.
